2 lg. egg whites
1 lg. egg
3/4 cup low fat milk
1/4 tsp. vanilla extract
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
8 slices firm wheat bread
Whisk everything together. Dip bread slices and add to your griddle. Make sure to either spray pam or add butter to the griddle.
