Corn Bread by Elaine Peterson

1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup sugar
2 eggs
1/2 cup corn meal
2 cups flour
2 tbsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 cups milk

Mix well with hand mixer or your mixer.
Bake in a greased 9 x 9 pan at 350 for 45 minutes.
