1 1/4 cups flour
1 egg
1 1/4 cup buttermilk
1/4 cup sugar
1 tsp. baking powder, heaping
1 tsp. baking soda
1/4 cup cooking oil
1 pinch of salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. almond extract
This recipe is better if you make it the night before, use an ice cream scoop to scoop it out onto your griddle.
